Rodney and I have been together since we were 16 years old — we are 44 now. We graduated college together and married in We had our only son Caleb in who is now 14 years of age. We are very family oriented and care much for others. Rodney took a store manager position in September of , his first attempt to put himself back on track as it pertains to his career. Unfortunately, on January 7, , the District Manager showed up without notice and said the store was being closed effective immediately and all employees including Rodney lost their jobs.

As much as we continue trying to climb out of debt due to our most recent hardship, at least enough to be able to breathe, our luck keeps taking a turn for the worse. In addition to depleting savings and having to pay additional penalty taxes for withdrawing investments early, we are still paying medical bills.
